Return Merchandise Policy
Contact a CSB-Battery Canada (NICA-Power Battery Corp.) customer service agent in order to ensure proper satisfaction for your return. Authorized returns are valid for and must be returned within 30 days of the date of authorization. Ship returns goods via a carrier authorized by CSB-Battery Canada (NICA-Power Battery Corp.) All items must be returned prepaid. No collect or third party billing is authorized. If goods are deemed to be at fault then CSB-Battery Canada (NICA-Power Battery Corp.) will credit your account with our standard freight charge for the item returned. Damages, shortages, or incorrect items must be reported to CSB-Battery Canada (NICA-Power Battery Corp.) within 10 days from date of shipment. Goods not ordered correctly by customer, or delivery refused will be subject to a restocking charge of a minimum of 20%. Goods not supplied correctly by CSB-Battery Canada (NICA-Power Battery Corp.) will not be subject to a restocking charge and standard freight charges will be credited. All extra freight charges, which may include air, insurance or other delivery options, are not credited. Custom manufactured items or items not considered part of CSB-Battery Canada (NICA-Power Battery Corp.) stock rotation, may be subject to higher restocking charges, which may or may not be limited to extra costs incurred by CSB-Battery Canada (NICA-Power Battery Corp.) from its suppliers. CSB-Battery Canada (NICA-Power Battery Corp.) will analyze items returned and then proper procedure determined, either full replacement, credit, less applicable restocking charges, freight or handling charges. Items returned by customer must be deemed resalable by CSB-Battery Canada (NICA-Power Battery Corp.) or subject to restocking charges, or items will be returned to customer. Items purchased as replacement for items being returned can be subject to restocking charges if the original item is determined by CSB-Battery Canada (NICA-Power Battery Corp.) to be in good working order.
Return Merchandise Procedure
Customer must contact CSB-Battery Canada (NICA-Power Battery Corp.) for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Customer must show Return Authorization Number on all cartons and any documents pertaining to this return. A return request form may be sent to the customer to outline reason for the return, and items must be returned along with the completed return request form if sent. Authorized CSB-Battery Canada (NICA-Power Battery Corp.) freight carrier must return product. Only items originally requested may be returned. The return is then received by CSB-Battery Canada (NICA-Power Battery Corp.) and will be analyzed on an item-by-item basis. This procedure may take up to 2 weeks to perform.
